Customs, Duties and Taxes
Outback Wrap is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All international customers will be responsible for the respective duties/taxes/import fees of their shipments.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Time Estimates
Outback Wrap does not mark-up or add to real shipping costs. The cost for shipping is the real cost at Outback Wrap’s reduced shipping rates. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are estimates that often change and delays can occasionally occur. We thank you for your patience when some delivery areas experience delays.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Occasionally, orders are prepared and labels printed on Friday afternoon after the last out-bound shipments have left our warehouse. If you receive your tracking information late afternoon Friday, it will begin moving to you on Monday or Tuesday. Please contact us if you have questions.
My order says it's delivered but I can't find it!
We encourage you to reach out to your local post office or check with your delivery driver to see if they can locate it first. Be sure to check any “hidden” spots for your package as carriers do their best to keep the porch pirates away! In rural areas, it is common to see orders marked as delivered when they are handed off to USPS for that final leg of delivery! Keep an eye out for it to arrive soon! If you can still not find it, reach out and we can help start a case with the delivery service.
My order says it's in transit and taking forever to deliver!
Once the item leaves our warehouse, how it moves through the shipping network is out of our control. If your package is taking longer than expected, we encourage you to reach out to your local post office for USPS shipments or go directly to the shipping service website to see if they can locate your package for you. If you need assistance, we can help start a case with the delivery service.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
